Berry Metal Company's main headquarters is located in Harmony, PA approximately 30 miles (50 km) north of Pittsburgh, PA. Our facility consists of a Copper Foundry, Machine Shop, and Weld Shop. The Midwestern North American region is serviced by our Berry Metal Company - LaPorte, Indiana repair facility located approximately 50 miles (80 km) east of Chicago, Illinois. This site is set up with a Weld Shop and is strictly dedicated to Lance repairs.

Our Harmony plant is equipped with a modern non ferrous sand foundry primarily pouring high purity, high conductivity copper casting. Machining capabilities include two state-of-the-art 6-axis CNC horizontal milling centers, two CNC lathes, and several manual lathes, mills, and presses. The weld shop is staffed with certified weld technicians capable of welding dissimilar metals to include: copper, carbon steel, stainless steel, and nickel alloys. All Lance Tip Assembly manufactured by Berry Metal Company is hydrostatically and aerostatically tested along with 100% visual/dimensional inspection. Berry Metal has capabilities to perform X-ray analysis and to provide failure analysis.

Berry Metal Company supplies water-cooled Oxygen Lances, Injection Lances, Sensor Lances, and Oxy-Fuel Burners specifically designed for BOF's, EAF's, Q-BOP's, and other refining processes. Additionally, we provide repair service, technical support, complete replacement parts and field service.
